Project location: Kon Plong district, Kon Tum province, Central Highland Vietnam.

This ToR invites application from consultant in the political sector to provide inputs for the following contents. The review will be supervised by SPERI with financial support by Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLS).

Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLS) is one of six major political foundations in the Federal Republic of Germany. Affiliated with the German Left party, Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung nurtures and promotes democratic socialism. RLS is striving to develop alternative approaches for transforming society toward a more united and just one. With this approach, RLS is facilitating political analysis, education, and dialogues, both in Germany and worldwide.

SPERI was founded in 5 June 2006 working towards social justice and ecological justice. Over the years, through merger of its antecedents, SPERI is now engaging in conducting applied researches, providing policy analysis and consulting development on key thematic issues concerning land, forests, sustainable landscapes and territorial governance, indigenous/ethnic minority and local communities, agroecology and fair trade, local development and sustainabilit
