Since 2001, SPERI has conducted case studies in communities of the Hmong, Lao Lum and Kho Mu ethnic minorities in Den Xa Vang village in interaction with other 11 villages in Phu Sung watershed area of Luang Prabang district.
Since 2010, CHESH Lao program has conducted applied researches in Hmong, Lao Loum and Khmu communities in Phon Xa Vạt village in joining with Long Lan and other 11 neighboring villages of the 'Phu Sung' watershed area, Luang Prabang district.
