This is a second volume on Community Spirit Forestland Right Update. The contents of this volum are some of the key findings from studies conducted by the Livelihood Sovereignty Alliance (LISO) on customary laws of some indigenous minority communities in highland areas in Vietnam regarding natural resources governance. The articles of this series will primarly present customary law and spirit forestland governance: perspective and practice.
