The Director is the highest executive of the Institute, responsible for the Institute operation in accordance to the Law and Institute’s Board; compliance with the provisions of the Law on Science and Technology, the Press Law, Publication Law and the related laws and regulations. The Institute Director and Deputy Director are assigned and dismissed by the Institute’s Board. |
