12/03/2012

PROCODE is a phase referring to new reforming strategy of ICCO dated on dd August 2009. This is an interaction way and solution of working approach which to overcome with the topdown and bias decision making. PROCODE trys to promote a bottom up participation & cooperation in order to deal with “POVERTY of COOPERATION”. PROCODE trys to learn and to understand the dignity and value of the poorest, find out the root cause and consequence of social disparity & value crisis which created the distrust between the power and powerless society. PROCODE trys to facilitate via working together an inter - shared - responsibility for transparency and equality in decision  making attitude at all level. Endless of PROCODE are always try to Enriching – socializing horizental structure of common understanding towards social challenges in order together to find out sustainable solution to influencing decision making vertically.

SPERI understands PROCODE as a way of working that stimulates interactive and proactive participation of different social actors in solving a common problem. Bias or top-down decision making can be avoided by means of PROCODE. It is the everyone’s saying and collaborative efforts that PROCODE promotes in dealing with Alleviate Structural Poverty.

PROCODE is also a channel where voices of the poorest can be heard; hence dignity and value of the grassroots are recognized. It could act as a medium where actors discuss to search for the root cause and addressing consequence of social disparity & value crisis which resulted in the distrust between the power and the powerless.

PROCODE can facilitate network action and shared responsibility among actors to achieve better transparency and equality in decision- making.

Ultimately, PROCODE aims to enrich social behaviors in addressing common challenges by expanding the horizontal network of social classes; and expecting to push pressures at suitable and sound decision-making in the vertical structure.
